Returns are not acceptable for food and beverage products.
Refunds can be issued only if the customer receives a damaged box/torn sachets after we have checked with our shipping partner on the delivery condition.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
JK ECO VENTURES believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the shipping partner and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

In case of receipt of damaged items, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once we have checked and determined the same at our end with the shipping partner. This should be reported on the day of receipt of the products.
- In case of any Returns, all refunds approved by JK ECO VENTURES will take 3-5 days to be processed to the end customer.
